These terms govern your use of bawler.ai (the "Service"), operated by Bawler. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Bawler is

Bawler provides statistical football analysis and model-generated predictions for entertainment and informational purposes. Bawler is not a bookmaker and has no connection to any gambling operator.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Predictions are model estimates of probability, not guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on the Service is betting, financial, or investment advice. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

3. Accounts & price

The Service is free — every prediction, the public track record and the Custom Builder. An optional free account exists but unlocks nothing. The paid Pro tier has been discontinued; if you previously held a subscription, contact us (below) with any billing question.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Bawler data at scale without permission, and do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bawler is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service or from reliance on any prediction. The Service is provided "as is".
