How the rating works

• The grade — your best XI's projected points as a share of the model's own best XI (built under the same formation and 3-per-club rules, unconstrained by budget). 92%+ is an A: genuinely hard to reach.
• Your best XI and captain — the tool tries every legal formation and picks the strongest, then hands the armband to your highest projection. If that differs from your usual picks, that gap is free points.
• Upgrade ideas — one-move swaps, same position, inside your bank and the club limit, ranked by projected gain per gameweek. The everyday transfer call, answered with a number.
• Bench projection — what your four benched players project; a heavy bench is budget doing nothing.

Every number is a projection from player minutes, underlying attacking numbers, clean-sheet likelihood, defensive contribution, bonus and card rates — the model's accuracy is measured and published on the predicted points page, misses included. Projections are estimates, not guarantees; a good grade means well-priced probabilities, not a promised rank.
